Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our team at Anson McCade. As a key member of our infrastructure support unit, you will play a critical role in managing IT Service Management, monitoring Event Management, and ensuring swift and effective triage and escalation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 2nd line IT support for our clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and manage IT service management tools, including SolarWinds and SCOM, to ensure optimal system performance and availability.
  • Collaborate with our 1st line team to provide seamless support and escalation services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional communication and customer service.
Requirements
  • Clearance: Must hold Developed Vetting (DV) Security Clearance.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in a 2nd line role.
  • Expertise in ITSM and Event Management Tooling, including SolarWinds and SCOM.
  • Proficiency in MECM and SCCM.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
