Senior Analytics Expert

As a Senior Analytics Expert, you will play a critical role in uncovering new opportunities for growth and fueling our organization with actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and lead consumer immersive research and experiments to understand shopper behavior.
- Integrate data from various sources to discover business growth opportunities and drive strong business recommendations.
- Translate and visualize complex data sets into simple and actionable conclusions to inform retailer, category, and brand strategies.
- Challenge the status quo by uncovering new ways of running shopper and market research.
- Responsibilities from Day 1: Work on multi-million dollar brands and feel the ownership of your work from the beginning.
- Continuous coaching: Work with passionate people and receive both formal training and day-to-day mentoring from your manager.

- Experience in Analytics & Insights field or similar is required.
- Strong data-led storytelling skills to influence across levels and functions.
- Strong analytical skills, using multiple data sources to deliver breakthrough results.
- Experience in data visualization and transformation tools (like PowerBI) is an asset.
- A passion for research, strong observational skills, and strategic thinking.
- A "can-do" attitude and strong collaboration skills with the ability to work with diverse organizations and teams.
