Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Account Managers to implement and drive an effective recruitment, validation, and induction plan, ensuring the available labour pool delivers and exceeds client expectations.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to identify business development opportunities and contribute to the growth of our client relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service skills to candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment or customer service is preferred, but not essential.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
