Store Operations Manager

At Experienceguildford, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Guildford. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- People Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, focusing on recruitment, training, and succession planning.
- Leadership & Communication: Foster a positive store environment, empower management to conduct effective meetings, and model excellent communication skills.
- Managing the Environment: Coach management to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain a clean and organized store, and achieve company-average mystery shop results.
- Operations: Conduct regular walkthroughs, lead the team to execute operational procedures accurately, and achieve store stock loss goals.
- Merchandising & Display: Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager to enhance the store environment, execute merchandising projects, and stay up-to-date with current fashion trends.
- Commercial Awareness: Analyze sales data, drive business growth, and manage stock levels effectively.
- Proven experience in a senior management role in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to positively impact statistical results in sales, payroll, and stock loss.
- Proven record of developing talented individuals at Department Manager level.
- Ability to identify problems and implement creative solutions.
