Senior Commercial Heating Technician

Salary:
Competitive (up to £43,000 based on experience)

Employment Type:
Full-time, permanent, mobile

Typical Responsibilities Include:

  • Executing installations, repairs, and planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
  • Detecting defects and supplying parts lists along with estimated repair timelines
  • Participating in the on-call rota
  • Adhering to Health and Safety standards and ensuring compliance with industry best practices
  • Assisting the field service team and upholding internal operational protocols
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships with colleagues and clients

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Possession of a full UK driving license
  • Relevant commercial qualifications, including CODNCO1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, CIGA1, CORT
  • Experience in commercial settings
  • Additional qualifications such as catering tickets, IPAF, PASMA & OFTEC are advantageous but not mandatory
