About the Role

As an Apprentice Parts Retailer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working closely with our customers to understand their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet aftersales customers to our Centre, ensuring their experience is second to none
  • Participate fully in all scheduled training activities, including sessions at the Toyota Academy in Burnaston, Derbyshire
  • Keep all learning logs up to date and ensure you are prepared for learning reviews with your manager, mentor, and Learning & Development Advisor
  • Get involved with activities that raise the profile of your Centre, promoting the Toyota brand and attracting new customers
Person Specification

We are looking for a professional, literate, and numerate individual with a desire to learn and a genuine interest in offering excellent customer service. You should be able to work as part of a busy, fast-moving team and have high standards of verbal and written communication.

Eligibility Criteria
