Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning, and driving financial returns and revenue growth.
  • Team Development: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of dedicated staff across various departments, developing and mentoring staff to foster their professional growth.
  • Guest Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth, ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable stay.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, financial plans, and expenditures to ensure profitability and maximize returns.

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
