Job Description

Job Title: Pharmacy Technician - Inpatient Dispensary

Job Type: Locum, Contract

Location: Warwickshire, NHS Hospital

Job Summary:

We are seeking two experienced Pharmacy Technicians to join our inpatient dispensary team on a locum basis. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for accuracy checking and assisting with dispensing in the hospital setting. This is an excellent opportunity for career progression and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accuracy checking in the dispensary
  • Assisting with dispensing
  • Undertaking MMT ward-based working

Requirements:

  • Qualified ACT Pharmacy Technician
  • Experience in pharmacy, either community or hospital sector
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours:

The working pattern will be either 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, with no on-call or weekend working required. Part-time working may be considered for the right candidate.

Contract Length:

The contract length will be up to 3-6 months, with the possibility of extension.

Salary:

The salary will be £15 - £21 per hour, depending on experience.
