Key Responsibilities- Stockroom Management: Maintain a thorough understanding of company objectives and stockroom standards, ensuring that all stock is properly tagged, cubed, and merchandised to meet company standards.
- Delivery and Inventory Management: Process all deliveries, meet productivity targets, and support team members with store inventory counts.
- Accuracy and Compliance: Actively manage the accuracy of the stock file, identifying and correcting discrepancies at the point of delivery.
- Team Leadership: Liaise with the Store Visual Merchandiser to manage stock-to-floor procedures, and take on duty manager and floor leadership responsibilities when necessary.
- Experience: Retail stockroom and delivery experience is required.
- Self-Driven and Adaptable: Self-driven and leads own learning and development, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using PCs for spreadsheets, word processing, and inventory software.
- Availability: Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays, with occasional night shifts and availability for inventory counts.
