Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our company's services and value proposition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop compelling bid and proposal content.
- Ensure timely delivery of compliant bids and proposals across all sectors.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to collect information and ensure that all necessary details are included in the bid.
- Utilize effective project planning strategies to ensure that all information is received on time and is relevant to the questions being asked within the bid.
- Liaise with the Business Development, Marketing, and Operational teams to support pre-bid activity and develop an understanding of the client's needs.
- Continuously review and update the content library to ensure that accurate material is being used at all times.
- IT literacy and excellent typing skills.
- Good written English and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure.
