We are looking for skilled Chartered Building Surveyors to join our esteemed client.

Primary Responsibilities: Focus on dilapidations, contract administration/project management, and a range of building surveying services.

  • Offer expert dilapidations advice and negotiations for both landlords and tenants.
  • Perform technical due diligence and surveys for investors and occupiers.
  • Oversee and specify refurbishment projects.
  • Conduct defect diagnosis and establish planned preventative maintenance schedules.

This position entails working with diverse property types, particularly emphasizing office and industrial buildings for dilapidations and due diligence projects across various regions.

Additional Duties Include:

  • Preparation of design and specification documentation.
  • Managing tender processes and overseeing project administration.
  • Conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance Inspections and Reporting.
  • Drafting standard contract forms and handling contract administration.
  • Fostering client relationships and providing support in client care.
  • Contributing to departmental business planning and revenue objectives.
