Eventus Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning Specialist to join a successful Financial Planning business in the UK. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in providing expert support to Financial Planners in delivering high-quality financial plans and advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Financial Planners in preparing accurate financial plans and suitability reports.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to meet client needs and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of holistic financial planning and be able to query consultants as needed.
- Provide technical guidance to the Client Services Team on product-specific, technical, and compliance-based queries.
- Work closely with the Head of Operations and Compliance to ensure business is conducted in a responsible and compliant manner.
- Manage individual workflow and delivery to meet agreed targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent understanding of the financial planning process.
- Strong report writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience working in a Paraplanning role and achieved professional qualifications to at least Level 4 (CII Diploma in Financial Planning).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to question colleagues comfortably when information is unclear.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexible and able to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously, with a client-focused approach.
