Architectural Technologist Job Opportunity

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is pleased to offer a challenging and rewarding role for an Architectural Technologist to join their multi-disciplinary construction consultancy.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work on a variety of commercial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and industrial developments across all RIBA stages with a slight focus on stages 4/5.

As a key member of the design/technical team, you will be responsible for producing working drawings and specifications, reviewing and editing designs, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing competing deadlines and priorities.
  • Produce accurate and detailed working drawings and specifications.
  • Review and edit designs to ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of architectural design software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
