Job Title: Quality Management Systems Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Systems Lead to join our team at Project People. As a key member of our People team, you will be responsible for the management, welfare, and wellbeing of all employees working within MBNL, enabling Three and BT-EE to deliver best customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain an integrated health, safety, and quality management system aligned to ISO45001:2018 and ISO9001:2015 requirements.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of Health, Safety, and Quality standards, processes, and supporting documentation.
  • Establish an effective risk-based internal audit and assurance program.
  • Support the implementation of an effective supplier audit program.
  • Develop and maintain a 'Management Review' activity to provide reporting and feedback to MBNL and Shareholder leadership.
  • Set-out a Quality Maturity Model implementation plan.
  • Ensure a process is in place for consistent quality reporting established throughout MBNL and its contractors.
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems.
  • Experience of developing and maintaining quality, health, safety, and environmental systems.
  • Understanding of the control of sub-contractor operations.
  • NEBOSH or IOSH certification.
  • Knowledge of other management system standards (ISO27001, ISO55001, ISO22301).
