About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our Technology Practice at emagine Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the re-design of our GTT portal UI, ensuring an intuitive and seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the re-design and development of the GTT portal UI using JavaScript, leveraging your expertise in front-end development frameworks.
  • Proactively monitor and enhance the user experience across the portal, identifying and diagnosing design and technical issues.
  • Collaborate with Front and Middle Office colleagues to provide real-time technical support to traders and clients, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Build relationships with key third-party suppliers/vendors, fostering strong partnerships and driving business growth.
  • Participate in the production of key management information, providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.
  • Coordinate and document usability tests and functional certifications, ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Maintain technical contact information of all key clients and third-party vendors, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge and experience in UX/UI design and development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Expertise in JavaScript and front-end development frameworks, with the ability to design and develop complex UI components.
  • Experience with re-design projects, particularly in portal UI, with a focus on user-centered design principles.
  • Previous experience in an IT Support/Networking role within Trading/Financial Services is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrable interest in pursuing a career within Financial Services/Technology, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
