Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Legal Tech Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of legal matters and driving the company's legal tech initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal standards.
  • Track key dates and obligations to manage renewals or terminations effectively.
  • Provide strategic advice on contract terms and negotiations.
  • Implement and optimize legal technology solutions to improve contract management and workflow automation.
  • Collaborate with the IT department and other stakeholders to integrate these tools seamlessly.
  • Train team members on these technologies to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide guidance on compliance issues related to contracts.
  • Develop best practices for contract management and document automation to enhance the efficiency of legal operations.

Requirements:

  • 4-10 years of experience in commercial contract management.
  • Proficiency with legal tech solutions, including contract management software, e-signature platforms, and document automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of commercial contract terms, legal compliance, and risk management.
