Backend Software Engineer (Python AI SaaS) Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our team at Client Server, a growing tech start-up with a strong presence in the US and expanding in the UK. As a Backend Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in helping us scale our current platform and take ownership of large parts of the backend code base.

About the Role

You will be responsible for designing and implementing APIs, databases, and data pipelines, as well as debugging issues. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex and interesting AI-based systems, collaborating with C++ Engineers, the Front End team, and Machine Learning Engineers.

Requirements
  • Advanced level Python coding skills
  • Good knowledge of databases such as Postgres and Redis
  • Experience of scaling a product to a large global user base
  • Experience of building and optimising APIs
  • Senior engineer with experience of leading technical projects
  • Keen to work in a start-up environment where you can make a real impact
  • Degree educated in Computer Science or similar relevant discipline from a top tier university (Oxbridge / Russel Group)
