Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team in Wallingford and the surrounding villages. As a Care Professional, you will provide a range of non-medical services to support our clients in their daily lives, including:

  • Assisting with personal care and hygiene
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Providing companionship and social interaction
  • Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry

You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop a personalized care plan to meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to our management team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
