We are excited to announce an opportunity for a committed and skilled Lecturer in Electrical Installation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging courses and contribute to the enhancement of our educational offerings, positively influencing learner outcomes and assessment processes.
  • Assist in the creation of teaching materials, develop lesson plans, and maintain comprehensive records to track student progress, achievement, and attendance.
  • Provide relevant guidance to learners, fostering their knowledge, understanding, and skills development.
  • Design and implement effective assessment strategies and resources that align with both initial and ongoing evaluations.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Utilize your extensive technical expertise to instruct students across levels 1, 2, and 3 through both theoretical and practical approaches.
  • Experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring learners, including apprentices and both part-time and full-time students.
  • A genuine passion for sharing knowledge and skills to empower students for future success.
  • Strong organizational skills coupled with excellent communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft IT applications.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCSE Grade 4/C in English & Maths or equivalent.
  • Relevant degree and/or appropriate professional qualifications.
  • Level 3 qualification in a related field.
  • Commitment to pursuing teaching qualifications.
  • Assessor and Moderator/IQA Award is preferred.
