Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our team at a luxury restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen, ensuring top-notch quality and consistency in every dish.

About the Role:

  • Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Contribute to a sophisticated dining experience by ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Lead and motivate a skilled team of chefs, promoting teamwork and a high standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of new menu concepts and recipes.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies.
  • Supervise and train junior chefs, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Sous Chef in a luxury restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations and leading a team of chefs.
  • Excellent culinary skills, including menu planning, cooking, and presentation.
