We are seeking an experienced Food Production Operative to join our dynamic team in Corby. This role involves working on a 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern, including both day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of products through the production process.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance of equipment.
- Assist in the packing and labelling of products.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in food production is essential.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights.
