Job Title: Technical Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Support Administrator to join our team at IOM3 (Institute of Materials, Minerals & Mining). As a key member of our Technical Community Support team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our Technical Community objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the production of technical content, events, professional development, policy, and influence against current Terms of Reference.
  • Offer technical community support, including reviewing and updating webpages, organizing meetings, and liaising with technical groups.
  • Work with the Communication/PR Team to ensure technical activity is communicated to members.
  • Support the Head of Technical Community Support at external events.
  • Collaborate with the Business Support Team to manage and coordinate meetings, events, and building works within the Grantham hub.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.
  • Technical knowledge of materials, minerals, or any STEM-related discipline is appreciated but not necessary.
