Senior Associate / Partner - Planning

£50,000 - £80,000

We are seeking an experienced Planning Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our team at Wilson Mannion Legal Recruitment. As a Senior Associate / Partner in Planning, you will be part of a growing firm with a reputation for excellence, providing advice on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious planning law to NHS trusts and ICBs, landowners, developers, planning consultants, local authorities, and other professionals involved in development.

The firm's planning law solicitors offer expert advice on the Town and Country Planning Act, related legislation, and Environmental Impact Assessments focused on health and population. We also handle Section 106 agreements, the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL), planning enforcement, appeals, Judicial Reviews (JR), Section 288 challenges, and other regulatory matters.
