Job Title: Business Administration Assessor

At Stanfords Training, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Administration Assessor to join our team.

Job Purpose: The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering individual programs of training and assessment to ensure the successful completion of apprentices' individual learning plans within the planned duration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of apprentices and align with the organization's goals.
  • Conduct assessments and provide feedback to apprentices to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of training and assessment programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of apprentices and make adjustments to training programs as needed.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in business administration and training and assessment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
