About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team at Leeds Church Institute, a faith-based organisation dedicated to supporting Christian learning and education.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our team, representing and promoting the Institute, and maintaining our focus on issues of justice.

You will have the opportunity to create opportunities for reflection and learning, and to support working together for the common good.

The post is permanent, subject to completion of a 6 month probationary period, and offers 37 hours per week based in our central Leeds office.

We are looking for someone with proven leadership skills, a passion for driving lasting, positive change in communities, and a vision to lead a passionate team.

You will have experience in connecting and supporting the faith development of local people, and be able to help us achieve our mission.
