The Allocator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Allocator to join our team at Rapha. As an Allocator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clubhouses and pop-up locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the allocation of stock across all clubhouses and pop-up locations, ensuring maximum availability and minimizing terminal stock.
  • Analyze and set the minimum and maximum plan for seasonal allocation, using seasonal unit forecasts provided by the Assistant Branch Merchandiser.
  • Build and analyze best-seller reports, reacting to ensure maximum availability and considering global and regional warehouse stock levels.
  • Set up and continually evaluate replenishment parameters to maintain the correct level of stock in clubhouses at all times.
  • Manage the in-season review of size ratios to ensure the correct SKU mix is maintained.
  • Consolidate stock in regions to maximize full-price sell-through and minimize terminal stock within the network.
  • Own the new season launch calendar, ensuring 100% stock is in time for all launches.
  • Build close working relationships with clubhouse teams, serving as the point of contact for all requests.
  • Manage the in-season intake calendar, overseeing all restocks to best-selling locations.
  • Be aware of and respond to best-sellers across regions, highlighting any future risks to the retail team.
  • Produce weekly analysis and make recommendations to the department.
  • Collate seasonal clubhouse stock feedback to input into the future season plan.
  • Manage all aspects of pricing, updating prices on retail EPOS.
  • Ensure the integrity and maintenance of EPOS and Navision, as well as system set-ups.
  • Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of stock.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in allocations is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Excel knowledge, ideally previous experience.
  • Commercial and entrepreneurial flair.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
