Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Chef to join our team at Sodexo in Uttoxeter. As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality breakfast meals to our corporate colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cook a variety of breakfast dishes, including bacon, sausage, eggs, beans, and hash browns.
  • Presentation of food in a self-service buffet environment.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area, adhering to Health and Safety protocols.
  • Cook to service approximately 200 colleagues.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of cooking breakfasts in a high-volume setting.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards.

Package Details
  • 7:30am - 13:00pm Monday to Friday.
  • 25 hours per week.
