Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales objectives and adhere to marketing timelines while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Continuously update the Sales & Marketing activity database and generate reports as needed, coordinating contributions from all team members.
  • Respond to general sales and marketing inquiries from both colleagues and clients, including brochure requests and online inquiries.
  • Gather and compile feedback and data from clients as necessary, including following up on outstanding information.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of sales and marketing events, with a focus on preparation and coordination.
  • Document and pursue sales leads to ensure that sales goals are achieved.
  • Provide necessary materials such as images, logos, and brochures, and manage minor print and design tasks.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of all reports.
  • Maintain an updated record of potential clients and their likelihood of becoming residents to maximize revenue and meet sales goals.
  • Establish new connections and maintain regular contact with key influencers in the care sector.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to ensure successful completion.
  • Exhibit flexibility in covering the Sales & Marketing office as needed, including weekends and evenings.
  • Adhere to all HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in mandatory training sessions and engage in personal professional development through regular reviews.
