Workshop Plant Fitter Role Overview

Kemp Recruitment is seeking a skilled Workshop Plant Fitter to join a leading Plant / Machinery Fleet Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the routine maintenance and repair of heavy plant machinery, including excavators, dumpers, rollers, and telehandlers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform routine maintenance tasks on heavy plant machinery to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan
* Conduct repairs as necessary to ensure hire equipment is fit for purpose
* Identify and rectify faults in a timely and efficient manner
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Requirements:

* A professionally recognised qualification in Plant maintenance and repair (NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent) OR strong experience
