Job Title: IDAM Developer

We are seeking an experienced IDAM Developer to join our team at Syntax Consultancy. As an IDAM Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing identity and access management solutions for our clients.

About the Role:

This is a permanent position with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring 2 days a week on-site in Corsham. You will be working on a large-scale IT modernisation programme for Government clients, with a focus on delivering successful IDAM/IAM projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement IDAM solutions, including identity integration, provisioning, and workflow.
  • Develop and maintain IDAM systems, ensuring security policies and controls are in place.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IDAM projects, including Public, Health, Financial Services, and Defence industry sectors.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with the team, contributing to the growth and development of our IDAM capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in IDAM/IDM, with expertise in products such as NetIQ, Novell Access Manager, ForgeRock, RSA, Azure AD, Ping, SailPoint, CyberArk, IDaaS, IAM, and Digital Identity.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful IDAM/IAM projects, with a focus on security policies and controls.
  • Active SC Security Clearance.
