We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to lead and develop our chemical manufacturing capability at SRG.
Key Responsibilities:
As Production Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful operation of our manufacturing plant, ensuring seamless and continuous production of green chemicals.
Leadership and Team Management:
You will be responsible for the line management of a team of 10+ operators, ensuring performance and contributing to team development.
Regulatory Compliance:
You will ensure the manufacturing plant adheres to governmental environmental standards and legislation, and that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for product manufacture are in-line with these standards.
Candidate Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably within the chemical or pharmaceutical industry, although other regulated industries will be considered.
- Knowledge of SEPA regulatory standards.
- Prior experience in operational excellence.
- Six Sigma qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of PCS7 SCADA is beneficial.
