As a Key Holder, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

* Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience
* Lead by example, using your coaching and mentoring skills to develop and motivate the team
* Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation, as well as opening and closing the store on a rota basis
* Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving sales and customer service targets

Requirements:

* Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store
* Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets
* A passion for people and a customer-first mindset
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
