About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team at OJ Digital. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for advising clients on a range of matters including wills, estate administration, trusts, probate, LPAs, inheritance tax and drafting deeds of variation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to clients on private client matters, including wills, estate administration, trusts, probate, LPAs, inheritance tax and drafting deeds of variation.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of post-qualification experience as a Private Client Solicitor.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
