About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Universal Business Team. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers in the FMCG and Distribution sectors through outbound telemarketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new customers in the FMCG and Distribution sectors.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team to enhance content and drive new business.
  • Set up events and meetings for trials, packaging audits, and networking.
  • Achieve KPI targets for calls and appointments.
  • Execute campaign calls and strategic objectives.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
  • Basic IT skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Experience in high-volume outbound sales environments is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the packaging industry / FMCG is desirable (not essential).
  • A proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic team player.
