Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and engaging female support worker to join our team in Penylan, Cardiff. As a support worker, you will be working with a lady in her 60's, with complex needs, to provide active support and empower her to live an independent life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support with daily living skills
  • Accompany the individual to favoured activities and outings
  • Support with medication administration and Makaton communication
  • Maintain boundaries and ensure the individual's safety and security
Requirements:
  • Full UK or EU driving licence
  • Ability to drive mobility vehicles
  • Active and engaging approach to support work
  • Sensitivity and confidence to maintain boundaries
