We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to oversee our operations.

Compensation and Benefits:

The position offers a competitive salary of up to £30,000 annually. Additionally, you will enjoy 25 days of annual leave (plus public holidays), with the option to purchase extra days. Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment in line with all operational policies.
  • Manage daily operational tasks, ensuring all activities are completed effectively.
  • Continuously assess and suggest enhancements to operational procedures, providing training on updates and ensuring compliance.
  • Support health and safety objectives by delivering feedback to management.
  • Maintain productivity metrics, identifying areas for improvement and strategies to enhance performance.
  • Assist in incident investigations as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all operational processes, promoting a safe and productive workplace.
