Job Title: Band 6 Community Rehab Physiotherapist

We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Community Rehab Physiotherapist to join our team on a locum basis. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months of NHS experience, ideally in the community setting, and hold a Physiotherapy degree (MSc or BSc) and full HCPC registration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in the community setting.
  • Work collaboratively with the community falls prevention and rehabilitation team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
  • Have access to own car for work purposes and be available to commence the role within 1-2 weeks.
  • Commit to a minimum of 3 months.
