Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and flexible Handy Person to join our team at Benmore Outdoor Centre in Dunoon. As a Handy Person, you will be responsible for performing cleaning, caretaking, and maintenance duties at our centre, associated properties, and outbuildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the centre and its facilities are in good working order.
• Carry out cleaning and caretaking duties to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Assist with grounds maintenance, including mowing, pruning, and other tasks as required.
• Operate and maintain equipment, including minibuses, as required.
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Manual skills and experience in a tradesperson, janitorial, or care-taking background.
• Ability to work safely and follow health and safety procedures.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and overnights.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
