Charge Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to join our team at Badby Park in Daventry. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing and providing high-quality care and support to individuals with neurological illnesses, acquired brain and spinal cord injuries.
You will lead and coordinate the quality and management of nursing care, ensuring the day-to-day operations of your unit are performing well. This will involve delegating nursing tasks to Nurses working in the unit, monitoring service users' conditions, and responding to changes.
You will also supervise other members within the team's unit, provide guidance and support, and make critical decisions regarding service user assignments, staff scheduling, and resource allocation.
As a Charge Nurse, you will be the liaison between nursing staff and other healthcare professionals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
