Accounts Receivable Manager

At Service Express, we're committed to excellence in all aspects of our business. As an Accounts Receivable Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving our financial success by overseeing the entire accounts receivable process, from initial invoicing to final payment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the accounts receivable function for the European region, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow, reduce bad debt, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead and develop the accounts receivable team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and alignment on financial goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- 5+ years of experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
- Experience working with computerized ledger systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
- A competitive annual salary of up to £55,000, plus bonus.
