Job Title: Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at The Niche Partnership. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and improving the bottom line.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to bridge the gap between finance and the wider business
  • Provide financial insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic planning
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support revenue forecasting and cost analysis
  • Reconcile accounts and post journal entries
  • Prepare month-end financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Support the annual audit and address audit queries
Requirements:
  • Qualification in CIMA, ACCA, or ACA with post-qualification experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as Finance Business Partner, FP&A Analyst, or Finance Analyst
  • Strong communication skills to translate finance to non-finance stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and ERP systems
