Role Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing customer base, focusing on expansion potential.
  • Develop and sustain a consistent revenue pipeline for future growth.
  • Utilize and strengthen existing relationships within the partner community to engage customers with previously dormant sales cycles.
  • Establish robust business relationships with current customers and partners, collaborating closely with the Core Sales Organization and Renewals Team.
  • Advise on the most appropriate product offerings to modernize the purchasing and licensing needs of existing customers.
  • Stay informed about developments in the Data Management sector and meet training objectives to maintain a comprehensive understanding of Commvault products, processes, and promotions to deliver exceptional sales support.
  • Surpass quarterly and annual conversion sales objectives, maximizing revenue within specific customer segments.

Qualifications:

  • A proactive self-starter with a consultative sales methodology, focused on increasing sales revenue and managing high transaction volumes.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical and negotiation capabilities.
  • Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment with responsibilities for accurate forecasting.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is preferred, both written and verbal at a business level.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in Sales and Subscription Renewals within a software or SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
