The SAP Key User is a critical role within our organization, responsible for ensuring seamless integration of customer requirements into our SAP system. As a key contact between IT and warehouse operations, you will play a vital part in managing import/export/stock and inventory for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test and validate customer solutions presented by IT to ensure they meet business needs
  • Resolve complex system issues and provide timely solutions
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored support
  • Manage inventory, cycle counting, and stock control processes
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Implement new customers into our warehouse operations
  • Develop and deliver training programs for the SAP Warehouse support team

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SAP Key User (ERP) with a strong understanding of SAP WMS and Power BI
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
