Hybrid Working Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive seeking flexibility, strong benefits, and career progression. The position is adaptable for those interested in Senior Associate or Salaried Partner level roles, with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property.

Key Highlights:
  • Flexible Working: Hybrid working arrangement with a minimum of 2 days/week in the office, allowing for a great work-life balance
  • Career Growth: This role can be scaled up to the level of Senior Associate or Salaried Partner, providing ample room for progression
  • No Pressure for Business Development: If marketing and business development aren't your interests, you won't be required to participate
  • Clientele & Caseload: You will have the option to either manage a broad range of commercial property matters or specialise in niche areas, advising:
    • Housebuilder-related legal work
    • Not-for-profit organisations
    • Corporate occupiers
  • Duties: You will advise clients on site acquisitions, land assembly, sales, purchases, leases, and finance work, among others
