Client Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Manager to join our team at Puro Accountancy. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a varied client portfolio, reviewing and assigning work to juniors, and providing an excellent service to clients. You will also be responsible for providing support and training to juniors.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing a diverse range of clients and their financial needs
* Reviewing and assigning work to junior team members
* Providing exceptional client service and support
* Developing and implementing strategies to improve client relationships

Requirements

* ACA/ACCA qualified
* 5 years of experience working in a UK accountancy practice
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
