Employment Coach

As a Community Employment Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to achieve their employment goals. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a caseload of participants, providing guidance, motivation, and support to help them overcome barriers to work and develop the skills required to secure sustainable employment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of participants, providing individualized support and guidance to help them achieve their employment goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
- Conduct assessments and create personalized action plans to help participants overcome barriers to work and develop the skills required for employment.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to participants, helping them to build confidence, develop their employability skills, and prepare for job interviews.
- Work closely with employers to identify job opportunities and provide support to participants to help them secure employment.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services, making recommendations for improvement and ensuring that participants receive the best possible support.
- A competitive salary range of £26,500 to £29,545 per annum, dependent on experience.
