Party Wall Assistant/Trainee Surveyor Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Party Wall Assistant/Trainee Surveyor. This role is a fantastic opportunity for those with a degree in construction or a property-related field, looking to advance their career in surveying.

Based in St Albans, you will have the chance to work on both commercial and high-end residential projects in the city of London. With a direct train line to London St Pancras from St Albans, this location offers a very convenient commute.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting surveyors in handling party wall matters
  • Conducting Schedules of Condition
  • Effective communication and liaison with clients and team members
  • Participating in meetings to discuss project progress and strategies
  • Drafting awards and preparing necessary documentation
Requirements
  • A degree in Construction, Property, or a related field
  • Based within a commuting distance of St Albans
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Keen interest in surveying and property development
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the industry
