We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Accounting Operations team in the Lincolnshire Head Office.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, posting journal entries, performing balance sheet reconciliations, and preparing VAT returns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the accounting team with general accounting activities
  • Process and reconcile invoices, credit notes, and other financial documents
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns and other regulatory filings
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements

Requirements

  • Experience with general accounting activities and financial software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
