**Job Summary**

At Inspired Selection, we are seeking a highly skilled Content Editor to join our team and work on a wide range of expert content related to the civil engineering and built environment sector. As a Content Editor, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery and high-quality standards of our content, both in print and digital formats.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Translate technical jargon into engaging content for reports, articles, and video or podcast scripts.
  • Work with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior specialists in the field, to create high-quality content.
  • Liaise with freelancers, internal managers, and external networks of authors and advisory boards to ensure seamless content creation.
  • Have an excellent eye for detail and be passionate about using content as a vehicle for knowledge enhancement.

**Requirements**

  • Experience working with civil engineering materials, such as standards, policy, and journalism aimed at the professional market.
  • Excellent written skills and the ability to translate technical content into engaging and accessible language.
  • Good knowledge of the civil engineering or built environment sector.
  • Superb communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
