Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Environmental Policies and Practices: Ensure compliance with regulations and promote sustainability by overseeing environmental policies and practices.
  • Conduct Training Programs: Educate employees on quality, health, safety, and environmental standards, procedures, and best practices through regular training programs.
  • Perform Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits and inspections, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement in quality, health, safety, and environmental performance.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and compliance management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Relevant Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or a related field, and relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
  • Strong Understanding of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Principles: Strong understanding of quality, health, safety, and environmental principles, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proven Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire a culture of safety and quality.
  • Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
